  The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Frederick and the hotel staff couldn't have made our stay nicer!!!!   I have aspired to stay in this hotel since I first visited Paris as a student and could not afford it...I Was not DISSAPOINTED,as follows... Lovely staff. Child Friendly. Excellent Location. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.

We were then shown to our room which we were very impressed - The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.
