Everything was as described: room was not large, but neither was the price. Shower and toilet in room, excellent location, friendly owner. Location is great, very central, but still calm enough, old house with funny staircase. Kitchennete is on the floor - very helpful!. Centrally located 100 m from the city center. Clean and cheap. Great location. Room is too small for two persons! (if you have claustrophobia - please consider this), no parking - need some luck to find.
