Everything was as described: room was not large, but neither was the price. Shower and toilet in room, excellent location, friendly owner.
Location is great, very central, but still calm enough, old house with funny staircase. Kitchennete is on the floor - very helpful!.
Centrally located 100 m from the city center. Clean and cheap.

Hidden on a small street with no car access. No reception
personnel available. Need to phone the owner to come and give you
the key to the room.
i) Room smelled like an ashtray despite being non-smoking.
