  I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square. Staff were always professional and helpful, their indications for fast orientation on the Metro were invaluable. - Location

  房間乾脆舒適 - The staff were very nice and helpful. Excellent service with a smile;). We were upgraded from a 2 Studio apartment to a 4 person apartment which was more comfortable.   Great location and friendly, helpful staff. This apt is just a few blocks from the Louvre, but it is located in a quiet backstreet. Since we were traveling with our two children, this was a better and cheaper option than a hotel. We rented the "cozy" studio (4th floor walk-up) but we were upgraded to the larger, 2nd floor "urban" on the second d... 别人怎么说 » ay because the hot water heater broke. The building manager spoke English and took the time to show us how everything worked (washer-drier, WIFI, TV) - Very good location in center of Paris All sights within walking distance. But difficult to find the hotel without navigator. If you have heavy luggage you can ask hotel staff bring it to your room, because there is a no elevator. Rooms are very nice with all what you need. Near the hotel you can find many restaurants. I very recommend restaurant with kitchen of Lyon's region.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We've been to Paris several times, and this was a short trip at the end of our holiday in the French countryside. Firstly, it's a lively location, with trendy bars and hipster cafes next door to cram-packed african hair salons. From our room we had a - The best booking ever: Warm welcoming, helpful staff always smiling (none is french), we were lucky with an upgrade for the same price which made our stay (3 nights) wonderful. The studio was very spacious, GREAT kitchenette, nice living room with flat TV, spacious and very QUIET bedroom with large bed and big cupboard. I appreciated very much the calm (3rd floor) despite the animated street. Also, appreciated that the toilet and shower were just in the entrance and separated from the rest with
