  Great value for money. Excellent location, close to 3 metro stations. Bathroom was spacious and had a shower/bathtub. Quiet hotel, freindly and helpful staff. We did not take breakfast because there were so many options just outside the hotel.   I was very luck to be on the top floor with a view on the Madeleine so it was very pleasant and quiet for a busy part of Paris. The hotel is located near a few metro lines and even better close to Gare St Lazare which is ideal for travel. Variety of restaurants nearby, budget and expensive ones. Excellent location: the hotel is in a nice area. Main attractions is in within walking distance (10-45 minutes), or you can use subway (5 lines are next to hotel). Rooms have normal sizes for a comfortable staying. Soundproofing (there was some trafic noise from the street, but no noise from neighbors).

  The view from the 5th floor! We had two corner rooms and there is a very small ledge balcony that can be accessed out the windows, but only on the 5th. Excellent view of Sac coer. The breakfast served at the hotel is a great value at 7 euro pp, get it! You won't find cheaper in this part of paris. Coffee, juice, breads, cereal, fruit, yogurt. Excelle - Reception staff (females) were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable + clean, just be aware that street noise carries on till around midnight. Loved the small balcony (had a wonderful view of Saccra Coeur + the street below). Hotel is located within walking distance to Montmartre & Saccra Coeur, but far away from other sites, so have to use metro. Metro stations within walking distance.

  It was an excellent hotel in a great location. It was nicely done out but a little bit cute and kooky (with the china cats and the goldfish). It had more character than bigger chain hotels. The rooms were very nice for the price we paid. The staff were exceptionally helpful.
