  I was very luck to be on the top floor with a view on the Madeleine so it was very pleasant and quiet for a busy part of Paris. The hotel is located near a few metro lines and even better close to Gare St Lazare which is ideal for travel. Variety of restaurants nearby, budget and expensive ones. Friendly staff at the reception. - Very friendly staff. Excellent location: the hotel is in a nice area. Soundproofing (there was some trafic noise from the street, but no noise from neighbors).

  The staff was so helpful. They tried to tell everything they can about the city. Breakfast costs 7 euros and was quite satisfying. The best thing about this hotel is hygiene! They clean bathroom everyday and really you can understand they do care about cleaning. The location was also good.   The view from the 5th floor! We had two corner rooms and there is a very small ledge balcony that can be accessed out the windows, but only on the 5th. Excellent view of Sac coer. The breakfast served at the hotel is a great value at 7 euro pp, get it! You won't find cheaper in this part of paris. Coffee, juice, breads, cereal, fruit, yogurt. But ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » it's all self serve, which we like. Very clean place, small, but for Paris sight seeing you're not spending that much time in the room anyway. Excelle - Reception staff (females) were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable + clean, just be aware that street noise carries on till around midnight. Loved the small balcony (had a wonderful view of Saccra Coeur + the street below). Hotel is located within walking distance to Montmartre & Saccra Coeur, but far away from other sites, so have to use metro. Metro stations within walking distance.
