I read a lot of reviews about this hotel before booking. Some negatives
that stood out in the reviews I read was the poor customer service,
shuttle hours stopping at 11:30pm so guests were not making it in time
after the firework show at Disney, pool not being open, air
conditioning not working, and the self-catering kitchen only having
place sett

It was actually a lovely stay. We drove from Germany by car, -
The hotel is a good place to stay if you plan to visit Disneyland. Not
too bad if you want to visit Paris, as the metro takes 40 minutes (week
pass is advised). The additional sofa bed was very cozy and comfortable
(my daughter loved it) and the full-wall windows (and the curtains) gave
the room a very good look. The separation between main bedroom and the
rest of the room was very ideal for couples with young children. The
breakfast was good (not lavish, but good). The hotel almost had all

Convenience to Eurodisney - bus stops right outside door. Situated in a beautiful area with a fabulous shopping centre with hundreds of shops and lovely restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was fantastic- very close to the train station which was perfect as we got the train from Paris. We had a fantastic time the place is great very good area with easy access to parks and the disney village. the staff are friendly and the rooms are very tidy, the food was good just an all round great experience. - The hotel was fantastic for kids and the staff were lovely. It was great as it was close to the disneyland parks.
