  I read a lot of reviews about this hotel before booking. Some negatives that stood out in the reviews I read was the poor customer service, shuttle hours stopping at 11:30pm so guests were not making it in time after the firework show at Disney, pool not being open, air conditioning not working, and the self-catering kitchen only having place sett... 别人怎么说 » ing for 2 and no spatula for cooking food. I still booked it for its price and location. It was actually a lovely stay. We drove from Germany by car, - The hotel is a good place to stay if you plan to visit Disneyland. Not too bad if you want to visit Paris, as the metro takes 40 minutes (week pass is advised). The additional sofa bed was very cozy and comfortable (my daughter loved it) and the full-wall windows (and the curtains) gave the room a very good look.   Friendly staff, clean and comfortable house. Gated security. - We loved the apartment on 2 floors. A fantastic location to Disneyland and Val D'Europe. We will definately be staying here again.
