  Design, hospitality, overall comfort. Very nice place to stay - looks recently renovated. Has an elevator, however very small (only fits two people).   The location is good - just 10 minutes on foot to the very centre. It was very quite at night (but we stayed in August when most of the students were away). The kitchenette is fully equipped - we had everything to make food. The supermarche is 5 minutes walk and there are a few shops which work late hours.
