There is a nice boulangerie opposite and although we had requested parking (chargeable) we found a space on the street for free and the hotel didn;t make a fuss that we didn't use their facilities.

The location is good - just 10 minutes on foot to the very centre. It was very quite at night (but we stayed in August when most of the students were away). The kitchenette is fully equipped - we had everything to make food. The supermarche is 5 minutes walk and there are a few shops which work late hours. Private parking is also a good idea. -
