The rooms are huge by European standards and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

If you want service (we didn't) then don't stay here. If you want a comfortable, clean, simple, base for exploring Avignon and its environs for a few days it's secure, convenient and good value.

  I was very pleased by the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel. The location is ideal - in the old city within easy walking distance of the Tourist Bureau and many nice restaurants and cafés. But what most impressed me was how helpful they were when I had a sudden medical emergency which led to several days in the hospital.   I liked the tranquillity of a hotel which was set so centrally. It was lovely to come back and sit in the garden of an afternoon. Also it was so convenient for the railway and bus services but as well as having access to everything locally (the Rhone just a stone's throw away).
