  Brand new hotel. Furniture, crockery etc are of very good quality.Excellent combination of Apartment and Hotel. Despite being givenas an apartment, it is cleaned on daily basis which is great, espwith families. - The fact that it has been fully refurbished recently, and that it is actually a small two-room flat for a very low price!

Sea viewing terraces are huge, beds are comfortable, - Being November and all, was still a nice setting and location. Just a shirt stroll to Antibes, market, and bars and restaurants. Staff really friendly and helpful with helping with my baggage and parking the car. My room didn't face the sea and was rather dark, but was very cleans and and oversized, like a small apartment. Fridge was stocked with drinks at very over inflated prices but hey that's France.

  I loved the balcony and the view surrounding it was great, the staff were helpful but not good english but then I did not have good french - Liked the loction, very handy for the train and a nice easy walk to Antibes

  Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late in the evening and within fifteen minutes got the keys. There was no kettle in the kitchen but manager solved the problem almost immediately. It was very pleasant to receive a welcome coffee and croissant in the morning as well as small presents on the day of the departure. The tourist information and excellent supermarket are located next door t - We had a wonderful time in the central part of Old Antibes. The room was clean and attractive. We were able to prepare drinks, breakfast and light meals with the very well equipped kitchen. The staff were exceptional and supported our late arrival by leaving keys with the restaurant down stairs. Our visit was very relaxed and Studios Perl contributed to our well-being.

  There was a sense of professionalism by Elizabeht and Philipe,the owners, who have lavished a great deal of pride in maintaining a beautiful villa. The hotel is spotless. And the aircon is the quietest and most efficient. Breakfast on the terrace, perfumed by masses of jasmine! Nearby is a post office, pharmacy, terrific - The staff were very helpful in advising and booking restaurants for us and providing any other information we needed. The breakfast was good value and eaten on a very spacious attractive outdoor terrace. The bus into Antibes ran frequently and stopped right outside the hotel which was very convenient and cost 1Euro. It was a short walk to Guardiole beach. Overall highly recommended unless you want to spend considerably more and stay right on the beach.

Our car broke down in her driveway and she helped our situation by speaking to avis and finding a person who could speak English. Her husband Pierre took my husband to the airport in Nice. It is small run like a Bred and Breakfast and casual. It's just a block from the sandy beach and easy walking access to the old town of Antibes. Very close driving or bus to Nice and Cannes. The owners Natalie and Pierre serve you breakfast on their lovely patio amongst the other guests. The price was good for location and area as well.
