  This was a friendly comfortable and nicely appointed boutique style hotel, although near the bus station it was not at all noisy and was near to all amenities. We had a problem with the noise on the air-con so the proprieter found us another hotel room for the night until it was repaired. This was at no cost to us, with a lift there and back. The hotel has free, reserved parking next to the hotel.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late in the evening and within fifteen minutes got the keys. There was no kettle in the kitchen but manager solved the problem almost immediately. It was very pleasant to receive a welcome coffee and croissant in the morning as well as small presents on the day of the departure. The tourist information and excellent supermarket are located next door t - We had a wonderful time in the central part of Old Antibes. The room was clean and attractive. We were able to prepare drinks, breakfast and light meals with the very well equipped kitchen. The staff were exceptional and supported our late arrival by leaving keys with the restaurant down stairs. Our visit was very relaxed and Studios Perl contributed to our well-being.

It is small run like a Bred and Breakfast and casual. It's just a block from the sandy beach and easy walking access to the old town of Antibes. Very close driving or bus to Nice and Cannes.
