  Friendly, owners daughter spoke good English, which was good, I can't do Croatian. Good size, clean, room and shower. Opened onto tidy garden and then secure gate (car inside secure parking area) onto open land to walk my 2 dogs. Breakfast bought, by owner from a local shop, we then prepared it ourselves, I'm expert at boiled eggs you see! The owner was very friendly, and they dropped me off at the airport next morning around 5 am. They also provide taxy service at a very affordable price. The room was very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this place instead of one of the expensive hotels I stayed at before. Thank you!

  Having worked for a well known brand of hotel provider in the uk, I was immediately impressed with the attitude of all the staff towards the customer. They take the attitude of promoting the company they work for by really putting that little bit extra into their roles. The chef came into the dining room to ask if food was ok. We were served break... 别人怎么说 » fast an hour earlier than normal due to having an early flight to catch. We were given free transport to the airport. All such little extras were high - The staff were so welcoming, professional and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and the chef came out to ask if we were hungry and, although he was right at the end of his shift he cooked us the most amazing steak dinner! The young guy on reception was so helpful too - while we were waiting with a drink he came over and asked us what time we needed a shuttle service to the airport and whether we would like breakfast in the restaurant, our bedroom or packed up for us! The room was perfect

  Staff is great. Location is great with a 10 minute walk to the terminal, even in the snow, which I have done several times in the last few years. No need for an expensive taxi, or to wait for a hotel shuttle. (Next closest hotel is a few miles away and requires a taxi or the not always perfect shuttle service.) Staff is always very atten - We stayed in Zagreb in transit so picked this hotel as it was within budget and close to airport. They arranged taxi for us, even though it was a 10 minute walk. Very funky decorated rooms and quite comfortable. Dinner was basic home cooked food and fine. Breakfast also very basic. Terrible coffee

  This was very convenient for an overnight stay at the airport. The owner was very nice and friendly. - Good value, friendly owners. We were really looked after and nothing was too much trouble.

  The position and friendly staff ..we had to leave early so they made us breakfast to take away and a wake up call at 4:30 in the morning with a lovely smile to start the day.
