  Our stay at Concordia apartments was excellent! It is very clean, modern, with all the equipment you might need. The owner is very kind and helpful! Our towels were changed every 2 days (which is unusual for apartments) and it was completely cleaned in the middle of our 10 days stay!   The guests of Nike Apartments have a common terrace with a nice view of the Lapad Beach. The room and the bathroom are very clean. Every day (or at lest every 2 days) the owner changed the bath towels and the bed sheets. The owner is helpful and very friendly. It had everything we need, it was clean, looking very nice, I think it would be great for a family with kids. The host was great, they welcome us even if we arrived at midnight because of some problems we had at the border. The place it's really 200m up the Lapad Beach and you have a nice view.

  While we had to phone (the number is on the door) to let the owner know we had arrived he came promptly and let us in. No 24 hour staff but lots of useful information (including a Croatia Lonely Planet for use by guests). As it os said, it os about 1 km away from the City walls but it is a nice walk. Moreover, it is located near one of the only places where you can park your car for free.   It is elegant but also very friendly and comfortable. The situation in the old town is full of character and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was on a winter break with my husband and I would recommend it highly. After our first 24 hours there, we felt instantly relaxed and rejuve - Facilities were fantastic, the staff were extremely professional and helpful and the main hotel was modern and clean. The one bedroom residence is particularly spacious and ideal for a couple travelling with young children. The view from the Radisson is stunning and the hotel is set amongst beautiful grounds! I would highly recommend this hotel to any families with young children.
