+ Location is perfect. Close to the old town but with free parking space. We walked to the old town center in only 10 minutes with our little son. The walk to the center is almost complete flat leveled, so no hill climbing. My 85 year old mother could do it in 15 minutes. + Private parking space. + Nice big balcony. + The owners are really nice people. They have the heart in the right place. They did the laundry for us and refused to take money for it! + If you like they will give you all the h.
所有评语 » There are two places: Eugena Kvaternika 2 & Sumetska Street 8. + We were at Sumetska 8 at Ana's place. + A lovely host, very friendly, with a lot of useful tips of what to do and see. + The apartmant is very clean, modern and has an amazing view from the terrace. + It's about a 15 minutes walk to the old town, really lots of steps, there is also a bus, but we always made the trip by feet - downstairs and upstairs. There is just a quiet noise from the road to hear, good air - no exhaust gas. Extremely kind hostess, Ana! We really appreciated her hospitality, smiling face, giving us sweet buns and driving us to the bus station . She was also at any time available for questions and to give a tips of what to do and see in Dubrovnik and Close to the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Especially did we like the beds. The view from the balcony/terrass, which was very nice, was shared with the apartment next door, but that wasn't a problem at all. Great to have a nice and peac. The couple running the apartments were just lovely - so personable and friendly. Out to help, and even drove us to the port when we left to catch a boat to one of the islands! The added extras of them cooking us little surprises and leaving them in the kitchen such as chocolate pancakes and cheese parcels were a wonderful little touch, and a sweet taste of the local cuisine! The location is great - within reach of the old town, and also so close to a lovely lovely beach. One morning we had t. Our hosts who owned this lovely croatian house were very warm and welcoming. If you needed anything it was no problem. The apartment we had was on the second floor with a studio apartment sharing the lovely terrace, very clean and comfortable. Walking distance into Dubrovnik 15mins along the coast road to Pile Gate, no problem walking back late a night. We were there for 7 nights but you can book for 2 or 3 nights if you just want a short city break. The apartment was super comfortable, nice and clean with a terrace perfect to have breakfast. The location was super convenient, walking distance to the Old City. The hosts were superb, they went to the city centre to pick us up, offered us a lot of recommendations and homemade wine, and Rudolph even went to the bus terminal (after my check out) because I forgot a book. I would strongly recommend this place during your stay in Dubrovnik. The owners, Svetlana and Rudi are most accommodating and will do everything and anything to make sure you are comfortable. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and a 15 min. Walk to town. The partial view from the terrace is lovely and would be much better if not for the distasteful monstrosity that a foreign investor built next door. We loved the apartment and are planning to return next year. We stay at Bruno for 5 days. Apartment was spacious. Living room with open kitchen fully equiped with access to large terrace, where you can have your breakfast. Modern bathroom with shower. Large bedroom with kingsize bed. Warm, smiling hosts with a big heart are open to any issue. On plus also high speed wifi and satellite tv. Cosy and very clean Highly recommended!. When we arrived the apartment owners we're welcoming us and we're very friendly. We were not just some paying customers, we were their guests. The place was very nice and relaxing. Not too far from the old town and the beach was just down the street. Thanks to our amazing hosts for making our vacation so memorable. Very lovely well equipped one bedroom apartment. Hosts offered home made liquor and wine as welcome. Helped park the car. Beautiful terrace/balcony with peek sea views and morning light, afternoon breeze. Hosts helped with dining recommendations too. The wonderful welcome by Ana, the recent kitchen equipment, the separate bedroom, the quietness, and to top it all, the memorable view of the sea from the terrace. It's an amazing appartment for a relatively long stay. Nice, clean apartment with a big terrace shared with the apartment next door (sea view from the terrace). Extremely nice and helpful owners, we really appreciated their kindness and would definitely recommend them. The owner is very kind and provided us with very useful information to visit town. Apartment is new with every comfort including a washing machine. There is a nice terrace to relax and appreciate a beautiful view. Apartments are spacious and clean, hosts friendly and welcoming. Location outside the Dubrovnik city walls means that there are cheaper restaurants and shops nearby. Comfortable apartment, big balcony, a comfortable bed, very friendly hosts and excellent homemade red wine. Close to the old town. (about 15 min by foot). Nice beach and super market are very near and only 15 min walk to center of town. Very friendly staff. Apartment was clean and included all you need. The owner of the apartment were very kind. Outlook over Dubrovnik. The hosts were nice and easy!. location was good. - Nothing negative I can think off really. Parking is not on site - it's free public parking located on the busy main road. But there is no problem. Ana reserved a parking place with the closest walking distance to the apartment. For those who are afraid of public parking, ask Ana previous your booking... Nothing really to complain about. Only thing was the weather on the second half of the week, but nobody has control of that. Our cab driver from airport to apartments was rude and dishonest. Confirm the price before you get into any cab. We had to leave..:). Not for late risers. Traffic noise begins very early and lasts until 9 or later. A bit difficult to find even with navigator as the streets in Dubrovnik seldom have names posted. A lot of steps to reach the old town, but a bus stop is very closed to the house and bus pass frequently. Very hard to find as GPS could not locate the site. The car parking is on a busy main public street and not on site. The old town is a long walk. Climbing all those steps - on occasion with luggage. Parking could be a problem.
