  Puerto Escondida B&B is a great place to stay in Valparaiso. It's out of the chaos of the busy port and up in the hills of the mostly lovely little area. It's surrounded by cafes, restaurants and a couple of shops. Staff is extremely friendly, even with a language barrier. The owner speaks perfect English and never made me feel like a - Puerta Escondida is a great place to go to. The rooms are nicely decorated with a good and clean bathroom. The living room and where we had breakfast are breathing an extremely positive atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent and prepared by our host Andres who is an extremely nice guy. Whatever we needed or wanted to know, he was of great help! Highly recommendable!

  It was well taken care of, you can tell that the owners care for the place, they keep it clean, rooms are very cozy; and, one very important thing you don't find very often: the temperature of the water was perfect! You can take a hot/warm shower , since their solar panel works very well.   Ulises, the owner, was the most helpful person I have ever met! My boyfriend and I were driving to Camila 109 and we got a flat tire on the way. When we arrived, Ulises helped us with the repair every step of the way.   We stayed at this hostal for four nights and would happily stay there again. The spacious double room was very nicley furnished and super clean with a great view. Marcela, the owner, is adorable and does everything in her power to ensure you have a lovely stay! Nice and simple breakfast. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

  My room overlooking the garden was very quiet and comfortable. Easy to get to from bus station. The breakfast is very good so much it's impossible to finish. - The breakfast was absolutely the best ever. Loved the patio off my room. Perfect location. Staff worked with me on late notice check-out.

One of Valparaiso's best restaurants is only a short walk from the hotel.
