  We had the penthouse apartment. The space of having separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the full kitchen and living room was fantastic for a family with 2 college-age kids + 1 5 year old. Great for families to split up and walk to the activities of interest, whether shopping, the park or the waterfront. Restaurants are close and the full kitchen... 别人怎么说 » gave us options. The rooftop deck and view were incredible. Also appreciate the free, secure parking and the quiet of being a resident for a weeken - Great location . Awesome facilities and apartment just perfect . Come from Australia and we will be back to Vancouver and will stay here again for sure . We have stayed down on harbour before and this was much much better and cheaper .

  The room was cute, had a small kitchen, and the building was very old and interesting. The location was nice and safe. We parked our car in the driveway of the hotel off street for free. The hotel is near some pretty parks and is only about a 25 minute bicycle ride into the main part of the city.   Good well equipped apartments and excellent for a family stay. For us the location out of the city centre was good, easy parking. We liked the Kitsilano neighbourhood and it's only 10 minutes drive from the city centre. Really clean, nice bathrooms.   staff were friendly and helpful location is great close to all the main attractions, most within walking distance, but a very quiet part of the city. we were in room 27, 1st floor opposite end from the hotel entrance. ok the hotel is somewhat dated, but ignore the old fashioned fixtures and fittings and you have a decent sized room, which was alwa... 别人怎么说 » ys kept clean, the bathroom, although small, was adequate, and again clean and tidy. the bed itself - big and comfortable-, and we had a ceiling fan w - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Buchan Hotel. It is small, quaint and well kept. It's close proximity to Stanley Park was what initially caught our eye and we weren't disappointed. The staff was most accommodating...allowing us to check in early...(we had a very tired child with us) It is exactly as advertised...it's not your high- end, corporate hotel...so it suited us perfectly!! Some tranquility in the city! Thank all of you at the Buchan for a wonderful stay!!
