  This was an older hotel but it was clean, well maintained, and had a charm about it. The location was wonderful.....could walk any where. The staff was wonderful. Heart describes them best. They were there for us instantly and continued to inquire if there was anything they could do further. They were warm and it was real. W - The view was spectacular from our room, overlooking the bay. The location is unbeatable in my opinion, right in the little town of Tofino, close to the water. Grocery store, bakery, gallery, wharf, nice restaurant, all within a block. A Saturday public market two blocks away. Amazing. There is a lounge area for preparing food which allows guests to interact if desired and feel connected to the others in the hotel. Location is unbeatable for what we wanted!

  The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was great for someone with allergies, because there is no carpet, only nice flooring. Full size table was great - Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had reserved a suite and got more than expected: three bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and dining room. We were three adults, one 9 year old and one thirteen year old, so it worked well for us. It is an easy 15 min. out of the city of Victoria, with a grocery 2 min. away, so was convenient for us. Good place for a multiple night stay. Highly recommend it.

We left hotel at 530 a.m. Wake up call happened as planned, taxi on time ordered by staff and coffee in room and muffins available to take on road - Location is close to Butchart and easy from Sidney and Ferry if you have a car. This is the reason why we selected this place.

  The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. We had our 13 year old yellow Lab with us and the staff were very attentive and kind to her. The room was super clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of choice and the food was really good. The cinnamon buns were great! We would choose to stay here again. We got some discount coupons as well (including 15% off Whitespot). There was a decent size pool and a waterslide which my four year old loved.   The bed was fantastic. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed. Even stayed and slept in as late as I could. Room was spacious and fairly quiet. Ice & pop machines were just a few doors down hall from the room - I always get the best possible sleep at the Inn. It feels comfortable, familiar and inviting.   I had a nice little 4 room suite for less than $100!!! That is good value! There was a living room with cable tv, a small kitchenette with fridge, stove, and utensils (including a real cast-iron frying pan!), and a bathroom and bedroom. The place was quiet despite being close to a main street (Gorge Road). There is city-bus service just on the street in front of - We were a group of 14 people staying in this motel for one night. Everyone in the group was satisfied for the amount we paid. Despite some of the reviews we read before saying that there's a bad smell around, non of us had such an experience. Maybe we were lucky, or the problem has been solved somehow.   We had a room with the kitchenette which is one of the reasons we chose the motel. It is great to be able to have your breakfast before leaving for the day plus if you needed a snack in the evening you could make something. The beds were very comfortable.   I loved that Jergen & Inga were so knowledgable about the area & could recommend things to do and places to eat. And, most of all, Inga makes wonderful breakfasts that you won't want to miss! The accomodations were spacious & comfortable and it looked out over the Strait of Georgia. (Please forgive me if I have that body of water wrong... 别人怎么说 » .)   We left out dog in our hotel room and went for dinner. She managed to get out of the room. Staff was amazing about helping us locate her, which we did. In fact, they went above and beyond their duties.
