The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was great for someone with allergies, because there is no carpet, only nice flooring. Lots of room for a large family, we had kids and grand kids with us! Kitchen area and full size fridge was very helpful. One story units made it nice with little kids. Nice location right off the main road and located about halfway between Sidney and Victoria. Lots of fans, to keep cool in the warm weather. Interior was newly renovated. Full size table was great.
所有评语 » Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had reserved a suite and got more than expected: three bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and dining room. We were three adults, one 9 year old and one thirteen year old, so it worked well for us. It is an easy 15 min. out of the city of Victoria, with a grocery 2 min. away, so was convenient for us. Good place for a multiple night stay. Highly recommend it. Large, beautifully appointed suite with full kitchen, dining room and living room. Wireless Internet with router inside the suite. Gardens on the grounds. Close to major sightseeing attractions, like Butchart Gardens. Literally a home away from home (but much nicer than my own home -- my wife said that she didn't want to leave). The family suite was perfect for a large group. The room was very clean and maintained. The kitchen was well supplied and we enjoyed being able to cook what we like while we were vacationing. The owner was very accomodating and pleasant. We will definently book again. Everything was perfect. The owner is very good. We will stay there again. His staff (children) are very good too. They were helpful, very cost effective and right price. Location is excellent. Close to the highway. Facilities were excellent. This gentleman understands customer service - he went out of his way to accommodate our needs. The facilities were beautifully clean. We took the budget room and it was only just big enough - but this is not a complaint, just an observation. It is being remodeled with good attention to details in the work and eco-friendly. It is comfortable and attractive. The quiet location has good access to Victoria, the airport and ferries. The staff is lovely and helpful. each room is in a stand alone building which I thought was great. Room was clean, Shower with strong water pressure which is appreciated after a long day. Small fridge in room and comfy bed. The staff was wonderful--accommodated us by giving us kitchen items which we didn't have. They also gave us a good recommendation for a Korean restaurant in Victoria (The owners were Korean.). Very close to Elk Lake. I do the triathlon there every year. It is pet friendly with a very nice owner and staff. Good value for the room. Renovations have made a huge difference. Great room, for a good price. We got the room with 2 Queen beds and a kitchenette, and were surprised with how well stocked it was, and that it was a full size fridge. Very handy. As a frequent traveler, I must say that one of the best place I have ever stayed. so called 5 stars hotels will never be able compete with this little home away from home. Manager was awesome. Walked me to room to open door, knew other guests by name. Very friendly. Was in town for a triathlon race, was offered late checkout. The newly refurbished rooms were really great. The separate chalet style was cute too! It was clean and modern with lovely touches like in room flip flops!. Staff was friendly and helpful. I like having a mirror in the bedroom as well as bathroom. The slippers were a nice touch and comfortable. Comfortable, very clean & updated units, attentive & friendly staff. Located halfway between Inner Harbor & Butchart Gardens. Good ammenities, with small kitchen area to cook a basic meal. Large fridge. Not to far from tourist sites so long as you have a car. Well equipped room! We were there with 5 adults, tons of room and privacy for everyone. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything, overall! The rooms are clean, affordable, good owner, conveniently located, so close to Elf/Beaver Lakes!. Incredible value for the money. Mr. Park was a welcoming host. Room was well appointed and very clean. Liked the individual cabin style rooms with lots of space and the proximity of the parking to each room. Quiet, away from highway. Parking closer. I thought, it was nice set up for honey moon. We stayed in the S1 suite and it was nice and clean good view and a very good price :). Good setup of rooms. Friendly staff but not enough people -- one-man show. Clean, free wifi, not too close to the city with fresh air. Cleanliness of the facility Staff were pleasnt and friendly. Shower excellent. Location is quiet and easy to get to. Quiet and clean. Although at first appearance of the exterior we weren't sure we wanted to be a guest. Inside though was nice and cozy. Very friendly and service oriented!. Value. Price. Staff/ owner was very helpful. Internet service was not working well, but I noticed staff was on the phone with repair company as I was checking out. Instead of one solid blind across the front window, they used two. Because of this, the Blinds did not fully cover the window space, which compromised privacy at night, due to being on ground level, facing a parking lot. One bathroom. We had to drive to get to most areas. Worked well for us as we drove onto the ferry to get to Victoria. No phone in room but also was budget friendly for a large group of people. No reason to complain. Maybe they can consider installing AC's even though we did not need it. The kitchen was incomplete, with mini stove, and fridge that is too big for the space. The unit could accomodate a wall to create a second bedroom with a sliding door; this could allow for a living-space with a sofa-bed, open to the dining area and kitchen. Nothing really but didn't stay long enough to find something either. The room needs a table and at least 2 chairs. The Pat Bay Highway is somewhat noisy. Some of the rooms are very small. outside looking!. The rooms didn't appear to have air conditioning and it was super hot when we stayed so it was a little uncomfortable. This may be being addressed as refurbishments are completed. The rooms are rather small. When I turned down the bed I thought dirt had been spilled on the sheets. On closer examination I discovered that it was merely a case of dark fuzzy clothes having been washed with white sheets. Once I realized what it was , I was ok. The Hotel was overlooking the highway and there was quite a bit of traffic noise at night. Not much parking room, but doable. Cannot think of any. No hairdryer. I have gotten so used to there being hairdryers in hotel rooms that I never pack mine any more. I may have been able to get one at the front desk but I realized it outside of office hours and I didn't want to trouble them. You have shutters on windows. The gaps in between gives day light in. And my wife will ask to have windows with curtains. You must seriously look into this. Thanks. Well every thing was good except it had a Oder of kimchi but we opened the window for a few hours and it was not so bad . My advice is the manger airs the place out if he knows somebody going to stay there . But good place to stay !. Extremely small shower stall -- even for short skinny Asian girls. Old towels that left lots of fuzz on me and in my hair. Located very close to a major highway - noisy at night. Transport to the city center. Step in bathroom is a danger especially for elderly. Should have a warning notice at the steps in bathroom. Tripped twice. No Coffee pots, kettles or capacity to make coffee, tea, etc. No micro wave. Limited plug-ins for chargers. Parking is terrible. There should be a regular size table in the rooms. Only had a small round table that you could not sit at. We happenedt to be in Victoria during a hot period, 85-90 degrees and there was no a/c in the room. Internet not working, no hair dryer. Very little room. Add was very deceptive. Did not have seating, not even a chair in first room (they did more us). Rooms are VERY small.Room is very small and a king bed means 2 doubles pushed together. I would only recommend this place if you want something more classy than a hostel. The hotel seemed to be still under construction/renovation. Nowhere to sit in room other than on bed which faced away from television. Nowhere in the area to get anything to eat. Had to travel a fair distance. To get to our room we had to duck under an overhanging roof. or risk banging head on hanging basket. The room was very clean though. There was no support, linen service, air conditioning - just brutal.
