  The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. I liked the efficienty kitchen & that fact that the bedroom was separate from the main area. I like the extra emenities - ie: popcorn for late-night snack, plus fresh fruit, juice/water, & ... 别人怎么说 » cookes available in the front entrance. The breakfast was fantastic - large selection of hot & cold items. The free shuttle was an added bonus - - Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime.   I had a great experience. The suite was spotless, well equipped, and could have fit my entire family - I regret that I was alone and only spending the night. Great deal. All of the front desk staff were personable and helpful, and readily directed me to places I needed to go.   The staff at this hotel were some of the nicest I've ever experienced. Also the location of the hotel was amazing. 2 short blocks to STephen Ave, the bustling street of shops and restaurants made it ideal. There is bus station in front of Tommy Romans just few meters away from the hotel. You can take bus 6 or 80 to reach southgate centre and metro station to take you to the downtown.

  The room was perfect, the service from the front desk was great - they called after we got to our room to make sure everything was satisfactory. The breakfast was excellent!
