  Your booking company didn't get the reservation to the hotel before we arrived. We had to settle for a downgraded room because of your companies inability to promptly deliver the reservation. The hotel was great, you however, were not. - this is the hotel that has keurig coffee maker. fabulous. the bed is so comfy. it didnt give me a bad backache... 别人怎么说 » compared to other hotels i have been checking in.wi fi is fantastic! - I don't know what percentage of rooms have been renovated, but my room had all new fixtures - bathroom heating and cooling. I also thought the truckers' theme front desk was cool.

  Very clean & well maintained as well as good value for money. Their non-smoking rooms were really smoke free - nice change. - Older property. Clean, quiet, well maintained. Staff were friendly. Easy to locate. Well worth the cost.

  Theresa and James were excellent hosts and very helpful... the house itself is clean, quiet, and very relaxing. Can sit by the fire and read a book or if it's nice, sit outside on the deck (which we didn't get to because it was a little cold). Breakfasts are delicious!
