Our room 105 had original stones and wood beams dating from 1700´s. BEd is very comfortable, room decór is sooting and chic (shantung curtains, ceiling painted in grey-brown). Bedroom has a built in kithchenette very convenient. Hotel bar is really cool too.   Excellent value for money, especially if you're travelling with kids. Located just across the Quebec side of the Quebec bridge. The hotel is far from busy downtown life (10 mins. by car), but if you're travelling by car anyway, it's the perfect location. The rooms were big and well-kept.   I enjoyed use of the hot tub, though the hot tub could have been on a warmer temperature. Interestingly, maybe you folks up in Quebec can handle cold better than heat, I just left it at that. - The staff was very friendly, and the English speaking staff were eager to help the French speaking staff while communicating with us.

  The staff members were fantastic. They attended to you whenever requested. The views in the rooms are excellent. The pool and workout room were incredible. It is a very trendy hotel and a great price. The room service was not expensive and was great. - The most beautiful and comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in.

  It is a nice place to be, and the hotel is not far from the city. We always drove and parked in the city and walked all the streets. - the car was right outside our door the staff helped so quickly with problems with our email. Over-all friendly. Lovely breakfast!

  What is there to say about the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The place is pure luxury and is a tourist attraction in it's own right!!! Of course you pay for the privilege of staying there but l had to do it once and now l have every intention of doing it again. Staff are magnificent....they should all take a bow!!
