  The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I never experienced that before. I was in a desperate need for sleep my check-in wasn't until 4pm and I was there at 6am. They found me an available room at a higher room rate but gave me the same rate I had booked at. I am booked there for the Ironman in August! - The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable.   From the time they parked our car everyone was so friendly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay.   The hotel was gorgeous. The 2 bedroom suite was beautiful and had a balcony and fireplace. Definitely the best part was the outdoor hot tub that was open all night. The shuttle service was - It is a very picturesque Hotel, more like an Inn, situated a 5 minute drive from Mt.Tremblant.
