  The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I never experienced that before. I was in a desperate need for sleep my check-in wasn't until 4pm and I was there at 6am. They found me an available room at a higher room rate but gave me the same rate I had booked at. I was participating in the Ironman Mont-Tremblant 70.3 and they gave all the athletes ... 别人怎么说 » a late check-out of 2pm. I checked out past 3pm and not a word was said by them. I am booked there for the Ironman in August! - The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room included all that is required, such as bathrobes, toiletries, great coffee, wine glasses etc. What made our stay at this hotel memorable was the staff -they were amazing!

  My family loves so much the suite:) very cozy and accessible to everything in the village. Will come back again and recommend to our friends. - The view from the balcony was great! Very clean room, close to everything. Parking underground was great, right underneath the room.

  The wood decor is beautiful. The room per say was nice but the bathroom could have used some renovation. It was a little worn. We had dinner in the bar area and it was delicious. The waiter/bartender was super. The best part of our stay - I liked the decor quite a bit. The food was great.   Only one night but it was very relaxing. Would have liked more nights to enjoy the location, overlooking the valley, - i rrealy like about the place the staff and the location i was happy about my choice
