The hosts were exceptionally nice and helpful and their efforts to provide tea, coffee and snacks during the day and evening was very appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. It is a long way from our home in Arizona but if we ever go to PEI again, they will be our choice.

  We had a wonderful stay in Charlottetown and Dawson House. Stacy and Randy are very friendly, fun and helpful with the area. Breakfast was always fantastic, and it was great to talk to the other guests to hear about site seeing plans and experiences from the day before. They made some great recommendations in helping us plan our couple of days in the area and got us off to a good start with breakfast both mornings.   Our hostess was very friendly and the two breakfasts that we had were delicious. The room was beautifully appointed as was the rest of the house. The location was within walking distance to the boardwalk along the harbor front. If you have a good story, if you want to listen t - Roger was a real gentleman. He was very welcoming and obliging and nothing was too much trouble. He provided everything (and more) a traveller requires. Roger made us delicious breakfasts, served on delightful table settings.The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spoltless. As well, Roger was very conversational and we enjoyed our lengthy, informative chats. A great place to stay, but you probably need a car. - Breakfast was amazing - lots of fresh fruit + cereal, yogurt, juice and a daily entrée (pancakes, waffles severed with protein source).
