Our hostess was very friendly and the two breakfasts that we had were delicious. The room was beautifully appointed as was the rest of the house. The location was within walking distance to the boardwalk along the harbor front. Our hostess had maps of the Charlottetown readily available which included several different walks (historical, waterfront, etc).
