  Having previously lived in Bulgaria, I know what represents value for money there - and Hotel Bela Neda certainly offers that! Set amidst the quaint cobbles of the 'old town', you're still only minutes from shops, bars and restaurants in the centre. I will definitely be booking again when I next return to VT! - the hotel is on a side street, in an older neighborhood (stone paved narrow streets) and therefore it was a quiet location. The hotel has a small grass garden in which my kids played a lot. while strolling in the old part of town it I enjoyed the architecture of old houses, crowded and small giving an unique feeling of an authentic old region.   The room was beautifully furnished with modern European-style fixtures and furniture. It was very pleasant. It's on a road that's under construction (I hope) but the location is perfect for walking to the sights in V.T. The owner speaks English which is a great help.
