  The receptionist was very nice and answered all our questions, had a good english and a nice smile. The room was large and clean, the breakfast was ok.   This hotel is located very close to Tsarevets Fortress. We very much enjoyed our stay. The food was delicious (we had half board included in our booking), the rooms were very clean, the stuff was very friendly. We felt like we were in a big family.
