Good location - located in a quiet surroundings, newertheless close to the city centre.
Clean and cosy, enough space.
Good approach of the owner towards the clients.
The location is outstanding, just a short walk through a lovely park to get to the seaside and a great seafood restaurant. The apt. is OK, decorated nicely.

The shower had a leak, but no major issues.
We were disappointed with a few issues - this is a smoking apartment and therefore smells of smoke and there were dirty dishes in dishwasher. Howev the owners were very apologetic and discounted the rates to make up for the problems.
