  Panorama is awesome, the room is large and has a lot of features, but needs a little bit refurbishment (at least the one we stayed in). The bathroom was also great and in top condition, only that a heavy smell could be noticed after the fan was working.   Enjoyed the 12 days spent in the hotel.It,s perfectly clean.The staff was very polite and helpfull at all the time.It was a choice for breakfast in the morning and it was always prepared excellent,served politely by the staff in the coffeebar.The location of the hotel was very handy for going to the beach,or just promenade in the sea garden.There... 别人怎么说 » was a car park on the back door of the hotel if you need to pick up a taxi.It was kabel TV in the room and aircondition ,always plenty of water and - Excellent location for business travellers and city-tourists or shoppers, good options for breakfast (10 options incl. Fruits, eggs, bacon, cakes, the same all days). Rooms are simple, but very clean (I had the one with balcony and sea view). Good value for money!

  I stayed in a sizeable suite with 2 balconies overlooking quiet backstreets. Non smoking rooms but the balconies have ashtrays. Radiator heating for winter and a/c for summer. The bathroom had a small tub and power shower over. Comfortable King bed and high quality furnishings.   Everything. The hotel was very central, clean and comfortable. The piano bar a great place to spend the evening. Staff very happy to help. Great that we could eat breakfast in the hotel because worried about having a voucher for breakfast outside the hotel.   Almost every week I am staying in 4 or 5 stars hotels all around Europe but - this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! The staff were extremely nice and helpful, design of the bar and restaurant was outstanding, comfort and design of the room were extraordinary. Quality of the food was fantastic! I would particularly like to congratulate and thank the restaurant manager Georgi Kirov for his excellent attitude towards guests and h - The hotel design is superb and innovative (to me at least). The mattress is very comfortable. The room is spacious, light and luxurious. There were 2 complimentary water bottles. Everything else is paid - espresso, cappuccino, tea, the maxi bar. The slippers and bathrobe are useful when going to the spa. The bar/restaurant chef is out of this world - everything is delicious, tempting and with high-quality ingredients.
