  Good location for overnight stop en route to Dunkirk. Had front room on 2nd floor which was very quiet due to excellent double glazing. Staff were very attentive without being overbearing. Location very handy for Aalst. We were going to a concert in CC de Werf and it was ideal (about a 10 minute walk through the town centre).   We liked everything about the hotel: forthcoming and courteous staff, beautifully designed and appointed rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Quite difficult to find hotel parking due to one way systems and pedestrian streets but hotel staff were brilliant with directions. - The location in the town centre.   The hotel is an attractive, nicely restored mansion that is close to train station ( walk in 15 minutes) and the tram or bus to get to the old city is only a block away.
