  The apartment is spacious and has all of the amenities that you could want! It is modern and the 2 queen sized beds are comfortable and cozy. The location is wonderful - just a short walk to the wonderful downtown. Actually, the B&B is in the edge of the downtown area. Flat screen tv with many channels in various languages. Spacious (enough for 5-6). Near a supermarket to buy food. Right on tram route into/out of city centre. But really only a 5 minute walk into the city. Elevator to 3rd floor apartment. Parking 5 minutes away. (10 euros per night 8-24 hours). Can set own heating temperature.

  The room was very comfortable and inviting. The breakfast was suburb! It is the first nice hotel I have stayed in in Europe! It felt like home.

  The welcome was warm and friendly from our hostess, who spoke good english (and several other languages too). Our room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean, as was the bathroom. Soap,shampoo,tissues, hair dryer etc. were availabe for use - even a bathrobe. In all it was a very convenient and enjoyable overnigh - Tutto perfetto. Camere confortevolissime, pulitissime, con colazioni favolose. Everything has been perfect during our 2-nights stay.   What a relief it was to arrive on this cosy B&B where everything was clean and decorated with taste, the owner was always super friendly, the bed was very comfortable and you could watch French dvd's in the room or even take a bikeride.   We loved everything about this hotel! The staff was fantastic - very helpful and friendly, the accommodations were comfortable and clean, and a very short walk to the beautiful city center. We stayed in the loft apartment which had a kitchen and it's own private balcony - it had everything we needed. I was there to photograph a wedding and - The room was nothing extraordinary, but good.
