The staff were very friendly, helpful and always ready to go the extra mile. On arrival I was picked up (for free) from the train station. I got a free room upgrade too which was very nice.   The hotel is only about a year old and is therefore very fresh. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. We thought we booked a Studio but apperently it was a double room. But is was no problem to change, maybe also because it was the off season.   The hotel was conveniently located right across the street from the train station. When we arrived the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.
