  A superb family run hotel. Right in the centre of town with comfy and modern rooms but Austrian style. Great breakfast and high tea. We went in half term and it was full but this made no difference to the service and experience. All ski hire, evening meals and activities arranged and booked for you. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always ready to go the extra mile. On arrival I was picked up (for free) from the train station. I got a free room upgrade too which was very nice.   The hotel is only about a year old and is therefore very fresh. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. We thought we booked a Studio but apperently it was a double room. But is was no problem to change, maybe also because it was the off season.   This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed at the Pension. The hostess and host were exceptional. Felt like staying with family. We WILL be back. - Host family really friendly. A great experience of Austrian hospitality. Would recommend staying.
