  Location of the hotel was excellent. Close by to all shops and restaurants and also walking distance to the ferry terminals and the aquatics centre where they have a turtle hospital. Hotel was amazing, clean, modern and very big rooms.   The location of he hotel was excellent being across the road from the beach and about 70 metres from restaurants of differing nationalities. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodation was excellent and being at the end of the corridor our kitchen was another room and sufficiently equipped.   The location was quite good close to the older part of Townsville. Our view from apartment 64 was really quite nice. The overal facilities were good and the apartment was sensibly laid out. Beautiful bathroom, loved the sliding doors in the lounge and bedroom. Really special to open them up in the morning before the day heated up. Price was fair for what we got. - Location, parking availability, room layout. With being allocated a dirty room, we rang reception.. the service was exceptional, a staff member was contacted, a new room was allocated. Shame about the dirty room but that happens...the resolution was organised in an efficient and timely manner..so well done to the staff involved

  It's a new building. We took the one bedroom apat. It was big, comfortable, we could stay there a month. Its actually a flat with a lot of space. When we booked, we booked the studio, but it was so small that we couldn't even put our 2 suitcases in.
