  Fantastic, value for money. There were two of us. My friend was visiting from the UK. The villa had a great layout with the bedrooms at one end which we assume was the same with the adjoining villa. We loved the grounds and space between the villas, providing privacy, peace and quiet. The young gir - The villas are very clean and comfortable - we stayed in the 3 bedroom 3 bath exec villa and they are surrounded by lovely gardens with grassed areas big enough to play ball, running races etc for the kids. Lots of lovely paths to explore and the kids loved riding their bikes around the streets of the resort. We played tennis on the courts and played in the playground, even had the bouncy castle up!   The room we stayed in was very comfortable, it was really well fitted out, it was beautifully clean and it was quiet. We were able to park very close by so felt happy re security for our rental vehicle. The swimming pool and lay out of the complex was most impressive.   I found the location very good, its away from the night life on James street, so the noise is less noisy on the weekends!, i actually extended my stay until the 2nd July. The staff were very nice everyone and very helpful :) I would say this is probably the most cleanest and safest backpacking hostel in Perth! It has no reception area at all and is very empty kind of like a ghost town but the facilities are quite good. The pool area is great and the kids playground is great for families. Our room was a basic motel room with kitchenette - The room was comfortable, cleaned daily, the staff were very pleasant, the was a free barbecue to use and a pool. It was great accommodation for the price. Even though there wasn't a sink to wash up in which a lot of people have complained about it was 4 steps to the bathroom sink which to me was no big deal.
