  My friend had a problem climbing the stairs, as when I booked I didn't realize there was up and down stairs. The lady at the desk re arranged the booking to a ground floor room, which was no bother to her and a big plus to us. Otherwise everything was spot on..   The staff were very friendly. The room was spotless and spacious. We liked the kitchenette, which enabled us to prepare a very basic dinner to eat at home (scrambled eggs on toast, done in the microwave). Location was great, the motel was set a little back from the main highway so lovely and quiet, yet easy to find late at night. A surprise to see two kangaroos in the driveway when arrived at night! The owners had graciously waited up for my 9pm arrival -they were very friendly, lovely people and very helpful indeed. Room service breakfast was perfectly on time, very tasty and good value.
