My friend had a problem climbing the stairs, as when I booked I didn't realize there was up and down stairs. The lady at the desk re arranged the booking to a ground floor room, which was no bother to her and a big plus to us. Otherwise everything was spot on.. myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning.

Extremely spacious rooms, lovely and clean. Location was great, the motel was set a little back from the main highway so lovely and quiet, yet easy to find late at night. A surprise to see two kangaroos in the driveway when arrived at night! The owners had graciously waited up for my 9pm arrival -they were very friendly, lovely people and very helpful indeed. To arive after a 5hour drive and be told that you have been upgraded to a spa room was the BEST EVERY,It was my BIRTHDAY.
