  We loved our room, a 2 bedroom. It had lots of space with a big shag rug in the lounge area. Very tastefully decorated. Great kitchen area if you wanted to cook. All the essentials. All with prices comparative to the big supermarkets. Brilliant walking trails. We also saw many whales from the many lookouts. It is a straight drive into the CBD. Great all round

  The whole weekend was excellent. My negative comment was of one staff member, who probably needs a bit of retraining. However the staff were great considering the storm that had ensued not long after our arrival.   A comfortable hotel - the room was quite large and comfortable. It had an old world atmosphere, but had everything you need. Although it was school holidays, and quite full, it was very quiet. I especially love the surrounding gardens and the fact that you can wander around at your own pace and sit at the many different situated tables/chairs with a bottle of wine or a beer and relax.
