A comfortable hotel - the room was quite large and comfortable. It had an old world atmosphere, but had everything you need. Although it was school holidays, and quite full, it was very quiet. Our room had a view over the pool (weather too cold for swimming) to the golf course. It was very pretty to see the leaves on the trees change colour. The hotel is just a short drive to Leura shops and other Blue Mountain activities. The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. Dinner at the Jasmine Restaur.
所有评语 » I love the privacy of where it is situated, it is family friendly as well as gay/lesbian friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I especially love the surrounding gardens and the fact that you can wander around at your own pace and sit at the many different situated tables/chairs with a bottle of wine or a beer and relax. Our rooms were very clean and contained all the amenities we required, and the beds were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast offered a great range of well-cooked food and the tariff was extremely competitive. The staff were most attentive without being intrusive. The breakfast in the morning was delicious! The king size beds were superb, very comfy.The rooms themselves were clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly. There was plenty of parking as well. Overall, it was an excellent stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We enjoyed our stay very much and found the Resort very comfortable a great spot to stay you may consider putting shower caps in the rooms and the toilet in our room was faulty but otherwise we were very happy. The dining area was lovely. Breakfast was great. The property was very well maintained and looked lovely, with the pool, gardens etc. The room was great, very clean and very comfortable beds. Staff at the reception were great. Common facilities, large garden with cubbyhouse. Breakfast was great, and efficient however was full and some people had to sit outside in the cold. Heating system was good. Ample storage. Peaceful and very quiet surrounding; spectacular garden!!!; Friendly, efficient and helpful staff; a very comfy bed (!); generous and tasty breakfast - its variety, great coffee!!!. The location, the quiet area, breakfast was excellent (although I wasn't using the coffee machine - dreadful), the bed great, good shower, microwave and tea/coffee facilites good. The room for 4 was lovely. The English lady on reception very helpful .The breakfast was great & the gardens quite picturesque for our family photos .Great value for money. The set up was easy to find everything from the reception to the room. The staff were very friend and very eager to assist with our requests. Breakfast ,,room cleaned well plenty of tea coffee etc. My only complaint is that the room we stayed in was missing some lighting - the globes were broken and 2 of the lights did not work - but apart from that, everything else was great. Some of the bathroom fittings were a little tired and could do with replacement. The bath towels were similarly tired, one of them having a hole in the middle. The resort is not easily accessible, so for those without a car, I wouldn't recommend it as it is not close to the train station. The suite was a little cramped. The only thing that would have made this property better would be if it was located walking distance to the Leura Mall (main shops), but we had a car, so that wasn't a big issue for us. The location was still lovely. Otherwise, no other issues. Fireplace was not turned on in the common room; Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Option to dine at restaurant without taking up yuletide festivities. The interior could be more friendly for a longer (a few days, say) stay - a plate or two, tea towel, microwave oven mounted on a shelf (above rubbish bin) giving better space on a bench, exhaust fan in the bathroom! - a must! - a few more radio stations on tv program would be nice, maybe some classic?... No wi-fi as promised, toilet flush was temperamental, every footstep of those on the above floor was heard and you could hear the showere running in other bathrooms. People flushing toilets during the night as you could hear this too. Nothing it was all good. nothing. Nothing. We had a very good experience and will definitly return. bathroom was quite dated. Bulky TV unit that could not be fully opened and was easily collided with in the dark (I have the mark on my forehead still). Milk for cereal wasn't cold enough, otherwise couldn't fault. The 2 beds together to make 1 king size bed didn't feel that comfortable. food at dinner was very bad and overpriced too. I would like the dorr to close automatically when released but the room I stayed did not close (room 119) automatically. I like the raisin toast but the toaster is too long and it gets always burnt. There should be separate shorter toaster for raisin toast. find a few parts not very clean, one of my friends found a ashtray dirty below the bed, another thing is for a resort i think will be nice to re-open the spa. Dirty blankets. Bathroom was cramped and had inadequate light around the mirror, for things like shaving, doing makeup and more improtantly removal of contact lenses. More freshly cut up fruit for breakfast would be nicer than the canned stuff and natural yogurt as well as the flavoured one. Corridor outside the room needed to be vacuumed. Not enough staff at breakfast - cutlery constantly ran out - milk was served in cartons !! otherwise ok breakfast. Dated bathrooms - require renovation. Tatty around the edges. Bathrooms are old and very small. It's time for a remodel. noisy Air Con and pump from pool area in first room (113) but OK when moved to different room. Shower/bathroom could do with an update. Mmm... the room was a little dated. the room should have been heated. we arrived after 5 and it was soooooooo cold. Distance from Leura station!. Discounted price seemed to be what the propper value was. Bedside light was out (Room 203), bathroom decor was dated (80s) but in good condition, aircon said 26 degrees but was blowing cold so we turned it off (10 degrees outside o/n). The breakfast staff were cleaning the tables before people had time to finish the remainder or their tea and their took plates as soon as the last bite was swallowed. This made me feel very rushed and not relaxed. Nothing really. Toilet seat. THuRsday night wild party didn't stop till midnight next door rooms very bad.
