预订的时候，虽然看到评分较高，但考虑的价格，还是没有报以太高的期望，所以只订了2天，前面两天订了旁边的索菲特。从索菲特搬过来，两相对比，觉得Meriton太物超所值了！硬件丝毫不逊索菲特，而且更新，设施齐全更是远超索菲特，电视机、冰箱、洗衣机、干衣机、炉具、餐具一应俱全，面积也较大，特别是超大转角阳台，海景、河景、街景尽收眼底。
地处broad beach中心区，和索菲特、peppers紧挨着，过街不远就是pacific fair购物中心，楼下有7-11和一家海鲜中餐馆，出门左边有家西餐馆味道不错，价格也经济。
总之，在黄金海岸，这个价格太值了，以后再来，如果不大幅涨价，是我们不二的选择。 -

第二,方便.旁边有Oasis Mall，也有Asia Fair，买东西，吃饭都方便；而且离宽滩的海滩很近，无论是散步，还是游玩，都很近；
第三，我们住的是海景公寓，房间的视野很好，可以看到一大片海；
第四，冰箱，微波炉，烤箱，炉灶，洗碗机，洗衣机，烘干机一应俱全，不想出去吃，自己买东西做也很方便。
第五，客厅外面有一个大阳台，无论是平时坐坐，还是吃饭喝酒聊天，都很惬意。
第六，酒店既有室外也有室内游泳池，带小孩子出去玩很方便。

Older building but apartment 15 had high quality fittings and was a real surprise inside. Great view and a decent balcony. If all apartments in the building are equiped and fitted out in the same manner then this is an ideal destination. Great value and attentive service from management. All in all, would stay there again.

A lovely retro-styled hotel,excellent location if you are flying out of the Gold Coast airport (the room fee includes a free airport transfer). Bayview is far enough away from the busy Surfers Paradise but close enough to theme parks, shopping, walks and other attractions. The apartment was beautifully kept and a good size. -
The manager was very helpful and a really nice person ,always makes your stay alot better. The apartment was beautiful and clean and had a lot of space, we would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends to stay . it's a home away from home.

Absolutely fabulous apartment on the 15th floor with views to die for. For all those who complain about having to buy a toilet roll, for goodness sake go get one or bring one.
