We only had a one night stay as it was for medical reasons we were there, but I will return on the next trip up north.   Managers Ben and Jodie are great people. They made us feel welcome and assisted us with tickets to the local theme parks. First of all - its not the Hilton so don't expect marble floors, full time concierge and elevator music.
