I have just arrived home after a fantastic weekend catching up with friends while staying at De Ville Apartments, I would like to say a big thank you for making this weekend easy. The apartment we stayed in was perfect, clean, tidy and modern, everything was set out and explained well and the transactions over the phone and in person on Sunday went smoothly. Everywhere we went the people were friendly and could not of done enough to help us. I would also like to make a special mention one of my.
所有评语 » The size of the 2 bedroom apartments were very generous and they were well equipped. The view from the 20th Floor was amazing. We were so lucky to see so many whales while we were there. Also great pool and tennis courts for the kids. We will stay at the Deville whenever we go to the Gold Coast nw. we loved everything! we are a family of 7 and it is hard to find the right combination to suit all our children,toddler to teenager but here you have it! right across from the beach,minutes to sea world,fabulous views without the flashiness of the center of surface paradise!. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location right opposite main beach with great views up and down the coast and inland over near g river and broad water. Close - walking distance- to great restaurants in Tedder avenue. Quiet location and very spacious unit. We loved having the beach a Stone's throw away and the Southport Lifesaving Club at our doorstep! Didn't want to leave! We are a large family of 7 (!) children aged 7-12 and the apartment was HUGE! Excellent for us!. I like that it is very close to the theme parks; it is quiet and peaceful too ! The apt.is beautifully furnished and have everything I need . I feel v. relaxed ! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Loved the beautiful spacious apartment, the beautiful view, the facilities were all great, and being just across the road from beach, parks and SLSC was good too. Appreciated the books and CD's!. We loved the views from our balcony and rooms. The apartment was very clean and neat. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Location was great as well. Near to eating places and SeaWorld. Location was great. Directly across the road from the Main Beach Surf Club and the beach. 10min walk to Tedder Ave which has good resturants and speciality shops. Nice and convenient to everything , good choices of restaurant and so close to the beach. Nothing. nothing!. Having no car available (7 seater) to hire nearby. Car park space a bit small. No face washers or tissues in the apartment, and no spare toilet paper. There was no hairdryer though. You needed a key to do anything but then again that was also a positive as it ensured security. No shampoo or conditioner; broken chair on the balcony,. Balcony doors didn't close so wind noise a problem Could provide some toiletries, tissues and and more toilet paper. Nothing. The showers were poor very little hot water for six people max five minutes not enough for two too shower let alone six. No KING size bed which would have made it a fantastic stay. Charging for every small thing eg towel (although charge was waived in the end it gave an impression of 'money mindedness') Car park is spooky, could be better lit. stale coffee sacets. Yuk. no alarm clock instuctions on how to turn the TV and Foxtel on. Lounge chairs were very uncomfortable. Lack of shower floor towels. Need Wifi. The way that they deal with their customer after check out. Smell from pipes in the bathroom.
