Staff where very friendly and great atmosphere, not noisy atall considering location and great value for money. My room was quiet and cool. The pool was great The layout gave many options for places to relax etc. the location was perfect, closest to bus station and to the center of nightlife. the staff are great and accommodating, central to all facilities.

Location. Rooms where a bit outdated in the older of the two buildings but I think there in the process of renovations now. Nothing. Ddfddffffjxxfhjjhfdsg. nothing. that there was no hot water in the showers if you showered after 9am. No hot water sucked but you cant have everything. bad wireless connection to the rooms. nothing. Paying deposits for pot and pans!. On arrival to youth shack we were told our booking through letsbookhotel.com didn't go through resulting in us having to move rooms the following day. We arrived at 2am and had to be up early to move to another room which was then a twin room not a double due to letsbookhotel.com not putting our booking through. It will be the last time I use this service as I now find it unreliable. Youth shack staff were very kind but this just caused disruption for both us and the staff off youth shack. Loads of street noise, some ants in my room, was told upon check out that I wasn't eligible for the airport shuttle credit because I got a return ticket, which I hadn't been told when I confirmed with the hostel before arriving. the noisy airconditioning. check-in was unfriendly. Reception close at 10 pm, staff is no so friendly and is full of young pguests who make noise untill late. This is a horrible place! People are drunk or stoned 24 hours a day, there are no restrictions and if this continues, something bad will happen one day as this irresponsibility is leading to dangerous situations. The first night we were all evacuated due to a fire alarm. Bathrooms are disgusting!!! The noise and crazy people are really too much to handle!. Staff were rude, busy chatting with friends while persons were waiting. Booking errors encounted. Very noisy, far too many people who live in the Hostel permanently and think they own the place. Noisy Something given to staff while going on tour disappeared after we came back. Staff sticks to so called rules and does not offer flexibilty to customers needs.
