  We liked the lovely spa which was big enough for 2 people with out feeling squashed.   On arrival I had an issue with the room andd IMEDIATELY they couldn't apologise enough and upgraded me to a better room. The staff were awesome and the food was excellent. I couldn't have had a better stay and that was due to the staff who are highly trained in customer service, which ALL hotels should be concerned with.
