On arrival I had an issue with the room andd IMEDIATELY they couldn't apologise enough and upgraded me to a better room. The staff were awesome and the food was excellent. I couldn't have had a better stay and that was due to the staff who are highly trained in customer service, which ALL hotels should be concerned with. Thank you for a great stay see you again in 3 months. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Enjoyed the breakfast. The glass water basin was a real surprise - very creative.
所有评语 » I could arrive quite late and had only just booked, and they had the reservation on their system. Very comfy and spacious room. This is always a great place to stay, consistently professional and great personal style from the staff. Very friendly staff, 24 hour check in, and having a nice size mug of tea at the end of the day. i like the way your staff helped us and they were very good. cleanliness staff food prices bathroom bedding. Clean Friendly staff Value. Location was excellent. layout friendliness. Everything. Location. Nothing much. Convenient. some rooms are very small. the fridge was very small you could only fit 4 1 ltr bottles in it. The room was a little small, but for our purposes very functional. No label for the dispensers in the shower - so not sure if we were using the soap, conditioner or shampoo!. The bathroom is a wet room,which is fine, but they had the shower head on the main wall so that the water went all over everything - they could have easily had the shower head on the side wall and avoided all of that, very bad interior design. The shower head would not stay pointed towards me, an awkward shower routine resulted. The tv reception was dodgy, the kettle didn't fit under the tap. I wasn't told on booking or checking in that a $100 deposit was "frozen" against my credit card for 2-3 days. pick up and drop off from the airport. not enough tv channels. Room was smaller than expected TV reception poor very limited channels. Tv remote was missing and when the front desk staff brought one up it didn't work No shampoo or conditioner supplied- the dispenser was empty Tv was rather small. slowness of wifi. Nothing. All good. Nothing. No acknowledgement from hotel on booking.I followed up with email to request shuttle bus confirmation, no replt! Shuttle bus(main reason I choose hotel) did not turn up at airport as requested,As a solo female traveller I had to get a taxi late at night at extreme personal expense. No apology or compensation received. Greasy breakfast buffet. Staff with minimal PR skills. Small room, TV set is broken down, Breakfast is fair especially coffee maker is broken down. no facilities Pool,Spa etc restricted menu if at all.
