  I loved the position (we were being picked up as a group at the surf club directly opposite) and the very friendly reception. We were allowed an early check in for the bags. The motel has been very tastefully refurbed and the bed was great. Had we stayed another night the kitchenette would have been handy. We had fun watching the Aust - The rooms decor and the whole house was done like a lovely home setting. Room spacious and bed very comfortable. Great kitchen in which to cook our evening meal and very good continental breakfast provided (which is a rare bonus for the price and type of accomodation). Staff very friendly and grounds beautiful. Only a few mins drive to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it!

The owners son who I gathered worked on mainting the Motel was very pleasant and very much open for a chat whenever we encountered him which made us feel very much at home. All in all nice place to stay and good value for money. - i liked the location, the room, the kitchenette was great and the kitchen Sunbeam equipment was a bonus. i cooked a lot of great meals. the layout of the room was good, it felt like home. Laundry service was great. and the Costumer service was FANTASTIC. We came for 1 Night BUT we Stayed for 3 Nights Because we liked it so much. Landscaping was great and the Herb plants on the gazebo ware a pleasantly useful.
