Great location, huge appartment and great facilities. Spend an afternoon in the pool, lots of time on the balcony and only a few minutes valk to town center. Would definitely stay again! And free parking!
Wi fi could have been free? Would have been nice to have a balcony facing the sun - but thats details.

Spacious and comfortably located. Very friendly staff. We were allowed to check out at 12pm for no charge.

The apartment was a great size, clean and well equipped. the staff are friendly and helpful. In a quiet area, the location is very central, walking distance from Queen Street and a short drive out of town. the onsit parking is a great bonus.
I loved the price and the upgrade. It wasnt busy like a hotel.
Wasnt quite sure why the business people were there every lunch time just to eat their lunch while i was trying to enjoy the pool...but if they lived their thats ok...was just weird.
The size of the unit was good. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Location was handy to train station and mall.
We had to buy and put a dishwasher cleaner solution through the dishwasher as it wasn't very clean. Could smell smoke in the hallway outside our room on occasions. Noisy trucks in the street very early in the morning.

Not enough cutlery. User manual would have been helpful for the washing machine and dryer - our laundry got stuck in the machine and we had to get onto the internet to download the instructions to open it - would have been a disaster if we were unable to access it, since we had an early morning departure the next day
The location of the place. so close to town and yet the entrance and parking area was in a quit backstreet. The Unit was very comfortable and well equipped.

Huge apartment with fully equipped kitchen & laundry. Big balcony, 2 bathrooms and big bedrooms. Good for family. Good instructions to get keys after hours.

We thought it had a cooking facility but it was more light cooking - but it was close to the City so we can eat out.

The showers in the room were terrible, probably the worst I've ever experienced. There was hardly any water flowing and it was difficult to get the water temperature right.

We did not like the paintings hanging on the wall, this is all but should not be held against them it was a personal taste thing.

Huge apartment with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Great views, very comfortable. Excellent location but quiet.
Double lock on apartment door was VERY difficult. Also, the 'privacy lock' on the main bedroom was on the outside? Weird. Door on ensuite did not fit or close properly.
The apartment was beautifully furnished and located very close to the Central Railway station
There was no microwave in our unit. We could not leave our car in the carpark during the day after we had checked out on the Sunday

The entry, first impression, of unit could have been better. Some maintenance needed to be done, some had been done but was clearly evident. The map provided on booking could have been more detailed.

We arrived at almost mid-night hrs all the way from Auckland. The apartment key & room allocated was well arranged and easy to access & directly to our room. On the following day, we realized one of the male staff is really helpful when we asked for an extra bed and the bed was there after we returned to the room. In general, the apartment is really well managed.
Nothing to dislike and I will be returning & stay to this apartment whenever I have my next visit to Brisbane.

I found the receptionist awesome to deal with. The apartment was clean an very spacious, and it had everything we needed during our stay and we met one of the lovely residences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cheers

Great location and huge apartment. Beautiful view of the city.(We were on the top floor) The kitchen is new and modern; however, the rest of the apartment is a bit older,but has everything you need. Free parking. Excellent value for money.
