经过多次提前的邮件沟通,酒店把我们分别预定的3个房安排在了一个楼层算人性.
入住的时候死板的前台非要我预定的打印原件,给预定编号或者邮件传真件我的预定单都不行,各地旅行了多年第一次遇到这种状况! 害得我们的从新西兰提前半天赶到参加婚礼的客人没法登记入房,直到我们自己赶到酒店才让入住. 婚礼第二天上午退房忘记打包的礼服鞋下午去电询问已经说没有看到了。总之这鞋就是在酒店丢失的了。

kitchen stuff was not enough for use. Air condition was not working properly.

It was a ground floor room with full glass on one side and cars parked next to it. It felt as if the car was going to enter my room - it was so close. Never felt fresh in the bathroom - it was stinking. There was no ceiling/downlight - only free standing light!!! AC needs a through cleaning.

Left 5:30 am and could not pay my bill. Reception was attended by night watch only.

the location was great. I could walk to everywhere I needed to go. the rooms very clean and comfortable. the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and had a vast selection. the staff were professional, considerate and polite. will be coming back!

I thought some of the attitudes of the staff working in the restaurant were very off-hand - not a friendly smile or time for a word as the meal was served (I was alone!). Joyless business prevailed.However prices were good!!

Price was amazing ...worked out about $170 a night for bedroom and balcony, full buffet breakfast for 2, and undercover parking. 5-10 minute walk to city, nice clean pool. Whereas most staff were polite but not friendly, I would recommend this hotel based on the manager alone - Brian, who went above and beyond to help make my stay pleasant and comfortable.
8am on Sunday morning is not really a good time to be doing housekeeping!
It was within walking distrance to where we were going. when booking out they allowed us to leave our car in their carpark while attending a medical appointment, which saved us money .

Very close to where I had to go and was able to walk and not have to use public transport.
Loved that I was able to leave my car in the hotel car park for the two days of my conference even though I was only booked in for one night. I will consider a two night stay next time. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable. We were upgraded to a better room for no extra cost, which was very welcome. Overall, it was very good value for money.
It's a very minor thing, but I wanted to book the transit bus to the airport, as described in the information pack in my room, only to find when I checked out that it had to be organised 24 hours before departure. One line explaining this in the info pack would have saved my frustration with the poor receptionist who wasn't able to help me as I'd left it too late.
Strategic location, easy to access many places
There is no tolerance or good facilities for someone who need to smooking.
